Should Town Meeting vote to start the process of creating a climate plan for Hingham? The Town’s Energy Action Committee will be discussing this on March 2 at Town Hall, 7:30 pm. The Committee has drafted an article to do that, but some people in the selectmen’s office feel the same purpose could be accomplished without going to Town Meeting. They propose setting up a task force to determine how to make a climate action plan, which might come back to Town Meeting next year with a more fleshed-out plan.
